RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We Want You to Love Every Potli.

The return window opens for 15 to 17 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
A return request must be raised within the return window via email.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our potlis, slight colour/texture variations are not considered defects
Sale items, bulk/event orders, and customised potlis are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

We offer size exchanges (S/M/L) subject to availability. Customers bear the return shipping cost; we cover reshipping.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
